I'm guessing they charged him with animal cruelty?
Some people wont use HP wash on their cars, for fear of damaging the paint. |

If you NOTICED, it was an ANIMAL CONTROL officer...they dont hunt down a lot of real criminals, and I imagine in the bustling state of Nebraska an animal control officer probably has a lot of time to harass livestock owners.
