Go to page 89 of your newest Shotgun News (May 19, 2003)

Are these legal?
Are these firearms?
.25 cal, are those blanks? Or pellets? Or are they actual rounds?

It says you can use it for target practice, so it must shoot something.

Does anyone know what's up with these things??

Not having the latest issue of Shotgun News on hand, I'm afraid I can't comment on the contents of page 89.

Perhaps you could relate the gist of the ad?

you mentioned 25 cal blanks. Is this the handgun and sub gun lookalikes? Cheezy little ad? Id wondered bout them also. 25 cal blanks dont seem to be readily avaliable from what I can see. Who knows what kind of crap they are also

If the ad says something like "legal full auto with carry permit" I'll bet their some kind of Airsoft or other battery powered toy.  Fun for chasing birds out of the shop but can only kill a stryofoam cup.  Plastic BBs or dye filled pellets to simulate blood splatter.

I don't know how they rate legal either they fire 25 cal ammo with primers and select fire.

That sounds like a gun to me.
