Yes, I know there is a sub for knives but I see cool shit posted here in GD by people who aren't in the sub then forget what the title of the thread was and then get bored trying to search through every random knife related thread in GD.

This is what I usually carry for long bike rides:

A waved Spyderco Delica and a Kwaiken by Dynamik Blades aka Smithy

All I can say is

You best check yourself before you wreck yourself.

And I suggest you let that marinate.

It's just a 9mm Shield I had some things done to for my wife.  Quite light.  The slashy-slashy is in the medium wright range.

Now my 1911 with the Crusader Forge VIS-T is a whole different story.😁

Definitely not.

I really like mine, but I only need one. After careful revue of the other iterations, looks like I have the best.

One thing I overlooked about the new Spyderco catalog is that the Para 2 and 3 are now using S45VN as the base steel.

Hopefully they will change all the Golden knives over at some point.

One of my coworkers happened to be near one the best, if not the best, Italian delis in CT.  Prosciutto di Parma, fresh mozzarella,  red roasted peppers, oil & vinegar.   Most importantly,  the bread was perfect today, as were the mini cannolis.

I think your issue is the portholes.
Bondo might help.
Disassemble the knife. Wax paper or saran wrap the inside of the scales, and apply Bondo to the portholes.
Before the Bondo dries, gently peel the saran wrap/wax paper off. You can paint the bondo to match the rest of the scales.

Presto! Portholes Deleted!

And, the blade is surprisingly long for such a small knife. Almost as long as the Shiro 95 models.

I wish we had good cannolis here. Bit surprising we don't. About the best is if you hit Whole Foods on the right day and they still have the minis. Full size aren't that great, ratios are wrong. But not even the ancient Italian shops here have good cannoli. They just have something that resembles cannoli.

Use parchment paper, and then use one of the slow set resins with something cool like shredded money, CF or some crazy glow stuff to fill them.

Well fuck. Ill try again I guess. But at that price I may well return the item, just as fair warning.

Between prep work, geriatric dog issues, and kid snuggle needs, I got about 1.5 hours of rest last night, and spent all day today hammering out a visitation modification agreement with a semi-stable bio-mom and her asshole lawyer, who I actually like personally despite his pride in being an asshole, in lieu of a three plus day trial in a juvenile guardianship. About to crack open the whiskey.
