I saw one of those many year ago.It was owned by a "gunsmith" in my small town in Indiana.
He had several unique items........

Some of you muzzleloader fans may recognize the name "Wilford Shaw".He was a prominent figure in the NMLRA.

it seems more effective/easier to use than the lever action design. it looks smoother but maybe it isn't in actuality. very cool though
