If so, are there states where such a thing still carries a premium?

Looks like it; the marking is in the right place, the U-notch, etc...I'd say it is.

I believe MA and CT still place values on such things..don't know about MD or other ban states though?

It's older. The newer ones have a square notch in the back.

The U notch shows that it is non-full metal lined. Glock started making full metal lined mags (square notch) before the ban, so they are definitely pre-ban mags.

Yeah, pre ban, and sort of rare since the G20 was introduced in 1991
