While you are here, go and buy cheap russian hardware. New AK103s for example. And silencers cost like 50$.

Everyone in Finland can speak English (We just dislike doing something we cant do perfectly). Most of us speak Swedish and German too.

See if you can hook up with Tuukka and bring us all back something nice.

Nothing prohibited, of course.

Just some RPD slings, some odd parts, etc. [:D]

Some cammo maybe?

HEHEHEH! i keep having to send markus parts to rebuild his old lebanese "beater" m16! but, he is smart to love the kalashnikov! after all, your fine valmet and sako models are the envy of us ak lovers!

markus and i emailed over the past year/year and a half and he is someone finland can be proud of.

i drink my rum from a carl gustav mannerheim flask that he sent to me! and my m39 m-n (1942 "b" barrel) is one of my favorite bolt guns.

now, if only i could figure out how to drink from that funky, wooden coffee cup he sent me! it must be only for a right-handed person! heheh!

What can I say? Grass is allways more green behind the fence. We got those POS AKs all around here and it has been too damn difficult to get here hi quality ARs lately.
BTW, I´m not Sako or Valmet basher, I like them too but AR is much more better in ergonomics and better to shoot.

Ah, you are the man he told he sent Kuksa! Handle that cup with pride! Not everyone is allowed to use that thing.
You can also drink other liquids from it but it is "inaugurated" it has to be done with whiskey, rum or cognag or anything what contains alcohol [:D]

hound how does your schedule look for the thursday?
I hate to say this but it looks like we can´t do the trip to shooting range near Salo. Friend of mine who´s member of local gun club said me yesterday that it is not appropriate to go there thursday. I didn´t ask for reason. When he says so I accept that.

There is another range but we have to do longer trip. If this is ok let me know.

Hello from a fellow Finn,

Though born a US citizen, I can speak Finnish, and still uphold many fine Finnish traditions like heavy drinking.

My dad was a Winter War and Continuation war vet.  Here's a couple pics of him.  He's still kicking, and always yells about communists whenever I visit him, but is getting up there in years now.  He still puts a puuko on his belt everyday when he heads to whatever wood project he's working on.

On aika hienoa kuulla että tätä foorumia seuraa muutkin suomalaiset. Tarkoitan lähinnä rapakon sillä puolen.
Thanks for the pics. Your dads name is Veikko Peltola? Where is he living?
