MAN that looks good...i used to work in a shrimp house when i was in high school durning the summers in aransas pass.....always got hooked up with free shrimp...GOOD STUFF!! and i see you didnt forget your tape measure! [beer]

I truly feel sorry for those of you who don't live here in Minnesota. Whenever I want to get some of Green Giant's corn, I called up the neighbor, and he let me just walk out into the field with a grocery bag & pick it off the stalk. THAT IS FRESH CORN.
That yellow stuff most people buy is mediocre at best IMHO. But then again, I've always been spoiled when it comes to fresh corn, peas, & green beans. Good white, ultra-light yellow corn is the freshest & best tasting in the world. Shrimp, OTOH is something that we cannot find up here in MN... Makes me want to go down to Sanibel Is, FL for peel & eat shrimp @ the Flamingo. Corn & Shrimp though? Never thought of that combination... I just usually have beer & fries with my shrimp. |
