Went to shoot clay and one of the federal rounds apparently had no powder. The primer fired and wad and shot flew out of the barrel about 20 feet. Never saw that one before.

Years ago I shot some Estate shotgun shells that had a few that had no powder charge in them.  No damage. No issues after the fact.  I was shooting an 870.  I don't remember exactly how many had no powder, but after 2 went down range without powder, I checked the rest of the box and found some more.
