Easy to drive to location quoted AR 500 steel at $17.00 a  square foot for 3/8 thick & $22.00 a sq. ft. for 1/2 inch thick.  These would be random cutoffs and he says depending on what I want the price would be very close to that.  They have all kinds of it laying around etc. etc.

Is this a decent price as for as everyone's concerned.   Mostly it would save me from driving around all over hell and I'm def. not paying for one if I can make it.  Thanks everboda!

A quick search on the 'net shows a vendor selling a

1/2" AR500 Steel Target 10x10 Square for $55.00 so I'd say

that you found a decent deal.

I just bought 2 silhouettes and 4 6" rounds (all with single or double bolt holes) for about $150 including shipping.


Not sure how that stacks up but it seemed like a good price from what I found when shopping for them.

If they are cut and ready to shoot seems like you found a good price.
