Yeppers. I have one sling attachment swivel near the end of my rail, the other end of the sling goes through a loop hole on the stock.

ETA: I'll also throw out a recommendation for the Magpul MS1 sling. Such a simple design and can be adjusted quickly on the fly. Love mine!
