Rain has been keeping me inside and the birds away so now that the rain's moved off (still damned cloudy and windy, though) I felt like getting out and shooting some pictures. There were no birds to be found, so I used the horses.

Horses are awesome. I had a friend in Michigan who had a ranch with 7 horses and a mule. I used to go there all the time to help her out with work around the ranch and take care of the horses. Beautiful, intelligent animals.

The ones on the marsh area makes it appear as though they are walking on water.

Not really a marsh area. That's just what it looks like after a good rain.

The water will be gone tomorrow if it stays dry.
