Get one of those Ultimate Sniper models. From all of the reviews I read, for the price (list is $160) it is a decent stock.

I knew I phrased the question stupidly... OKay, I am getting the Ultimate SNiper stok, but it doesn't have VS on the models it fits. Now the VS action is the same as the PSS, if I'm not mistaken. So whatever the PSS will fit, the VS should fit. Correct? So Will the VS fit the stock made for the ADL S/A or the BDL S/A?

You are correct. The VS and the PSS are basically the same rifle and have the same action. The only difference is that the PSS has a HS Precision sniper stock. I do believe that your rifle should fit in the BDL.
