Holding is cheating too but normally they just throw a flag and penalize you some yards. No idea how high "Insufficient PSI Game Ball" ranks in terms of severity but I get the impression that it ranks lower than the level of scandal that this thing was intentionally drummed up to be to boost ratings. |
