I was just curious as to how many AR15.com users are FFl holders and how much trouble you had getting your license.  I almost gave up as our county had passed an ordinance banning sales of ammo and guns in the county. However you could open a gun business in the city as the county had no jurisdiction in the city limits.

Grin,
Approx. how long does it take to process the Special Ocupational Taxpayer license?  I had heard it can take up to 90 days, could I go ahead and apply now, or do I have to wait until after July to apply for 2001/2002.  Thanks in advance!

I only waited about 30 days if that.  I've heard of 90 days waits also.  This close to July, I'd wait.

1993-1997.  KlintonKasualty.
Still in it as a small business for the Accessories.  I get to work with a lot of folks who are into getting special items.
May eventually go for the C&R and Ammo licenses again.
