SAN FRANCISCO – An ex-California state senator pleaded guilty Wednesday to a racketeering charge in an organized crime and public corruption case centered in San Francisco's Chinatown. Leland Yee could face a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison when he is sentenced in October after entering the plea to conspiracy to conduct and participate in affairs of an enterprise through a pattern of racketeering. Couldn't have happened to bigger asshole. This son-of-a-bitch was the leader of the anti-gun pack in the CA senate while all along sell guns illegally.
There's a special place in hell for him ... and hopefully in San Quentin where he'll serve his term in isolation less someone jack his soft shit up. I'm not a violent person but that SOB needs a [conduct code violation removed - warning issued - Paul] What an asshole. Fuck you Yee, fuck you. |

he used a political position of power to undermine peoples rights through racketeering and illegal gun trade and he's looking at max 20 years?
Should be life with no parole. |

Good!
Though it begs the question of what would have come out during the trial that got him to plead guilty? Protecting his friends in Sac? |

Did the weapons charges disappear? I read the article and it mentioned them but didn't say if they were dismissed or not.
I doubt if John Q Citizen was charged with conspiring to import shoulder fired weapons bought from Muslim terrorists in the Philippines, that they would just go away. |

Amazing how they don't mention the arms trafficking charges... Guess they went away in the plea deal.
