Looks to be a wolf spider. Hard to know for sure since you don't seem to have a home state.......

ETA. Recommend action for me would be pack belongings, move out, and burn house down.

Neckbeard spider. You can tell by the .22lr ammo it hoards in its web. This specimen is unusual in that it lacks the typical fedora and my little pony shirt.

It appears to be a Japanese "Death Spider"
They were developed in 1944 in a secret lab in Japan and were dropped by balloon in the western United States.
The bite of this spider causes Erectile Disfunction.

This shit right here is good stuff, kills pretty much any creepy crawlies. As and added bonus, spiders have a tendency to walk backwards in circles on their back legs for entertainment

before they croak.
