Looks to be a wolf spider.  Hard to know for sure since you don't seem to have a home state.......

ETA. Recommend action for me would be pack belongings, move out, and burn house down.

Neckbeard spider. You can tell by the .22lr ammo it hoards in its web. This specimen is unusual in that it lacks the typical fedora and my little pony shirt.

This shit right here is good stuff, kills pretty much any creepy crawlies.  As and added bonus, spiders have a tendency to walk backwards in circles on their back legs for entertainment
