I'm sorry but Jerry is as much a freak at his sport as Michael Jordan or Wayne Gretsky

Did anyone in here watch the video? Because at around 7:00 he starts talking about holding as far forward as possible...

people can hold their ar by the muzzle device for all I care. If I need to use a bayo or the muzzle device to melee someone, having my arm already completely extended ain't gonna get it done. I keep my arms in close, if that's not tacticool enough, fuck it. Wait 5 years, all the cool trainer guys will be doing something different.

If you actually watch it, he advises holding the rifle with the off hand as far forward as possible for roughly the same reasons. He just doesn't exaggerate it to an uncomfortable level like the tacticool guys do.
