My touch pad is acting really weird.

It will not highlight text to copy and paste. It won't hold a scroll bar - on any application - to scroll down. It wont do the two-finger gesture to scroll up or down.

The sensitivity has been really fucky lately. It won't click (single tap) on anything, but if you brush it while typing - boom! Fuck your sentence!

Dell Inspiron 3543
Windows 8.1
Chrome browser (I know that likely doesn't matter)

I should note that

1) I am using StarDock

and

2) I reset the settings to Default in the Dell Touchpad under mouse settings - this did nothing at all.
