I just ran into, and talked to my state representative an hour ago. He's in his first term in the legislature. He's a solid conservative, and a sharp, successful businessman. He said "You would not believe the level of incompetence and sheer stupidity that I've encountered there. I knew it was bad, but I had no idea it was this bad." It's discouraging.
