Money is insanely tight right now and after our laptop died we dont have $400 plus to replace it with something for web surfing and YouTube.  Seems like a galaxy 10.1 tablet will be our best bet.

I'd like to stay under $150.  An older version or used/refurbished is okay.  But any suggestions on where to find a great deal or maybe what generation/features to look for or avoid?  This will be our first tablet.

Thanks!

Just go to Best Buy or Walmart and buy a cheap 7 or 10 inch tablet until you have enough for a laptop. The small tablets are fine for internet browsing but for any real work I would automatically go to my regular PCs.

Oh okay, so a galaxy isn't a must then?  Are they all good screen quality and durable?  What's the best for my price range?

Thanks

This seems like a pretty clear winner at this point!  Slightly over budget but with office included it seems like one hell of a value.

Thoughts/experience?

How are you posting on the internet right now? If you only want to watch videos and surf the web, then use what ever it is you are using now and save your money for something better.
