I'm broke at the moment, and I'm just sick of carrying my usp .40 everywhere. It's a fantastic gun, I love it, but it's nearly useless as a concealed carry piece, it's just enormous.

A guy in my area is offering a Sig 938 extreme for trade, would I be nuts to take him up on this? I love the way the 938 looks, night sights are great, and the trigger can't possibly be worse than the usp.

Tall me out of/into this trade

938 is a great little pistol. Single stack. Made for concealed carry.

Don't know the value difference.

As always, it's your money.

I wouldn't make that trade though.

While I know you want the 938 right now, when you don't have a lot of $$$, it's cheaper to run what you have and supplement that later (because what you have now might not be great for carry, but it is better for other things than the 938).

I know it's not sexy, and it doesn't solve your "carry gun problem" RFN.....but if you can hold out long enough to keep the HK and buy the 938 later....you will come out ahead on the $$$ side of things, which if you are on a tight budget......saving money is always good.

I'd keep the USP as I can conceal mine as long as I'm not dressed for and physically contorting myself like a bicycle rider or yoga practitioner.
