The fact that Bejarano is free doesn't sit well with the family that lost so much. Bejarano didn't walk away scot free, even though she won't go to jail. She got three months on an adult offender work program and three months on electronic monitoring. Her attorney says she should make it her mission to make it all up to the Saucedo family. I would be curious to know her immigration status. I'm pretty sure that if I did that to a family, I'd be in prison. our country is fucked up. FBHO and every liberal back to Hanoi Jane. |

I need a little help here as I am having difficulty conceptualizing…. things….
Violate an obscure and arbitrary Federal law (18 U.S.C. 922 (o) ) by having an AR-15 that will sometimes double fire with light primer strikes and you will become a convicted felon and serve multiple years in prison. Violate multiple local and state laws on operating a vehicle and navigating traffic resulting in the deaths of a small family and you will be sentenced to a work program and electronic monitoring. I cannot quite put my finger on it but something is a bit off. |

Poor guy  I don't know how you could go on living after watching your family die like that.
