I'm not an expert, but I think they're nearly indistinguishable at the price point.
Get whichever color or stickers you like best. |

Do you have an aversion to buying one off CL? That's an item for which I wouldn't expect the majority of listings to be jacked up with tomfoolery.

I bought a Bolens at lowes 3 years ago. Paid 940 out the door.. The very first time I cut grass...
The OIL DRAIN POPPED OFF.. Drained every bit of oil.. Long grass, it was a while before I noticed it. Found he cap, refilled with oil, never gave nary a problem.. That's my .02 pennies.. Briggs and Stratton!! FTW!!! |

Anything new in that price range is going to be a POS. Seriously. Take advantage of the 0% financing through Deere and buy an X series.
