Hey everyone!  Trying to decide what to get.  I have enough saved up for a SAR-2 or an RRA lower.

My goal is to collect the major MBR types that I enjoy (AK, AR, FAL, HK)

FAL is in the works, but my delimma right now is do I buy a complete rifle (SAR-2), or a lower and start the saving process over for an upper? TIA!

Saving up and buying and building an AR can be alot of fun and in the end you end up with a fine weapon.
But if you want to have lots of fun now then the SAR-2 is the way to go. The prices on these rifles are really good right now. Can you imagine paying much more a few years from now when there aren't thousands sitting in someones warehouse somewhere? A $600 SAR-2? Get one while they are cheap.
I have an SAR-2 and I love shooting it.
