I personally know of people who got approximately 6' in less than a day near Buffalo, NY.

I personally know of people who got approximately 6' in less than a day near Buffalo, NY.
Areas of Buffalo got 6+ feet this year and in 1999 when I lived there.  The issue is that the recording station is actually the airport for the city as a whole.  So when the south towns get lake effect and the airport doesn't = no record.
