Rapper Cash Cow says he was so outraged that cops forced a mentally disabled janitor at a Bronx precinct house to wear his signature T-shirt proclaiming “I’M DOPE’’ that he’ll hold a fund-raiser in her honor.

Cash Cow, a?k?a Justin Ross, of upstate Elmira, promised Friday, “We are definitely going to do something — have a karaoke night or something.’’

The janitor, Hannah Biggans, is suing the city and three cops at the 52nd Precinct — where she worked for 23 years — for an unspecified sum of money.

The 5-2 is a real creepy looking precinct, especially at night. The cops would always threaten us that they would take us there
