His finish to that call was pretty funny. He said Boehner and McConnell would call a constitutional convention to repeal the 22nd amendment so Obama wouldn't have any problems on that front.
"What if the Democrat president refuses to leave/has a coup d'etat?" is a recurring call on his show. Same with "Let the Dems win to show the American people how bad it is when they have control." |

For one, the DNC would not certify him as an eligible candidate. Two, the courts would not have to wait until Obama served a third term to take action, as placing him on the ballot in any given state should give rise to a cause of action.
