I ordered two scopecoats the other week. Well they (OP) sent me the right order, but duplicated. So I got two boxes, with two sets of covers, rather than one.
After a couple days, I got on chat with a specialist and got it straightened out.
Not even a thank you, just demands on how to return it to them (which by the way is a fair inconvenience).
I asked about keeping them with a discount, maybe for what they would spend on the return shipping. Nope, just "you have 30 days to send them back" ... or else what? you charge me for the products you sent me by accident?
I was surprised they wouldn't charge me at a discounted rate rather than just lose it on return shipping and then have to deal with the return. From the looks of it, they wouldn't have even known about this had I not come forward.
ETA: the funny thing is, the second one had the wrong color scopecoat for one of them
