I recall something about weeping in or with Newtown and Tucson, although I wouldnt say he mentioned gun control.

If nothing else, it's an excellent sign that the administration views gun control as a losing issue for the DFL. Mentioned a lot of other things that have no chance of passing, but didn't even try to cover this topic.

They have directed their minions to take the battle to the state level the next few years as they know anything from the Federal level will now fail.

He's still in denial about the mid-term elections landslide - So I doubt that his enthusiasm for gun control has waned. The fact that he didn't mention it in his SOTU speech doesn't mean that he isn't still pursuing it. |
