Sure seems that way with all of the love AKs are getting. Magpul's furniture and reinforced P-MAGs. Kalashnikov opening up a facility in the US. PSA making AKs. Geissele making triggers for the AK.

Is it time to go digging through the trash?

I hope so....

How many new AR's can you have?

The market is saturated with AR15's.

It would be nice.

7.62X39 is a caliber I could get into.

I'm excited for some of the new offerings.

It's shaping up to be a good year, especially if we get the Kalashnikov factory going.

The new trigger, furniture, mags, etc. from Magpul and ALG Defense all look excellent.

I don't think so.

2015 is the year of the pistol caliber carbine and 10mm handguns.

Ive never liked the thought of putting mine in a trashcan.  Maybe they could be considered the red headed step rifle but still stay in my safe.

The possibility of Kalashnikov USA makes me hope it's the year of the affordable SVD.

The return of cheap Saigas will be cool, but what I really want is another SVD.. and I don't want to pay $4,000+ for it.

As much as I like PCCs, 2015 is the Year of the Tranny.

Link to Kalashnikov USA?

Are they setting up a factory? Does that mean new AK74Ms and stuff like that built right here in the US?

Please yes

No surprise there.  Maybe down the road they will expand a bit into other guns.

No doubt. I hope they make some interesting stuff, but at this point it is just a name game to move old stock.
