Look at the shadows on the Japanese men. Specifically, look at their necks.
The man on the left (as you're looking at it) seems to have the sun coming from his upper right, hence the shadow on his neck is onto his left shoulder.
The man on the right, seems to have the sun coming from HIS upper left, hence the shadow on his neck onto his right shoulder.
Now look at this photo snapshot and notice the shadows on the ground. The man on the left and the terrorist's shadows both coincide with the sun from the upper right sky (from the men's perspective) yet the man on the rights shadow is completely opposite.
In either case, I believe the shadows should all be the exact same angle. It only seems to make sense.
While I'm not a photo expert, something seems fishy.
