I too prefer JMBullion because of free shipping.
And they ship it to your mailbox instead of the damn post office where you have to wait for the bloated slags to get to you so you can pick up what was sent there instead of your home address. Look at everyone's prices and the shipping costs and you will see what I mean. |
|
Check out Silvertowne too. Silver is cheaper if you're willing to pay by check and wait for it to clear before the dealer ships. JM Bullion and silver.com are the same companies. One charges for shipping and the other doesn't, try comparing the final prices there.
https://comparesilverprices.com is a good site to look at also. |

I like JM Bullion. Free S&H over $100 and you can send them a check and get a little off. I got my stuff pretty quick after they received my check.

Holy shit, somebody said Kitco. I have now officially witnessed the worst advice ever given in the history of GD.

Don't know if this steps the bounds of COC, but I have a source, private seller. actually part of my extended family, they have about 150lbs of silver bars/ coin too, everything from junk to libertys/morgans cool old pennys & paper money, mis-stamped,and gold too
but lots of the 1oz bars. I was just over there looking at a large portion of it and was blown away, they could open a coin & pawn with what they have. they decided they'd like to sell some recently, so If your interested IM me your info & I'll get it to them |

I check there, apmex, and bullion direct. But buying from a dealer is always going to be more expensive then private sales. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Depends on the situation. The dealer I bought from sold just under spot because they had more stock than they felt comfortable with, and they thought silver was going to keep going down in value. It helps to look around and be patient.z |

APMEX and buy the American Silver Eagles, not bars. why? I buy bars, numismatics are shit, melt weight is all that matters. Many people are under the assumption that when you sell them, you get a premium. This may be true approximately 5% of the time in somewhere like rural Nebraska or some remote village in Alaska. The rest of the time (in real life) you get screwed coming & going on the premium. There is also the "the government won't confiscate them because they are US coins." The people who harbor this argument either a) heard it on a Goldline commercial, or b) they read it in an advertisement in an NRA magazine. There is also option c) "everybody knows it is true." |

Depends on what you want to buy. I think the China Panda coin is one example of it going up in value, compared to the Eagle. I buy the bars and don't waste time buying the coins (dimes/quarters..etc) or eagles...but that is how I want to spend my money. |

Op, if you buy a membership, Pike has a very good thread on his background in team.

I buy a few rounds, ones that catch my eye, like year of the dragon 1 oz. I was talking to winch who was telling the op to buy SAEs which is bad advice if you are buying silver as a hedge because of the premium. |
