I did a little translation of some parts for you

alles was ihr tut = everything you do
mit worten oder mit werten = with words or with worth
das tut alles in dem name des herrn Jesu = do everyting in the name of Jesus
und danket Gott und dem vater durch ihn = and thank god and his father through him
In welchem wir haben die erlosung durch sein blut = in which we have salvation through his blood

So ist nun die liebe des gesetzes erfullung =  now is the law of love satisfied
