Not sure if I should post this topic here or another section so I ask your forgiveness in advance. I am finding need and want as to EDC items is taking over my pant pocket space. What do you currently carry and have you cut out? I currently have to be dressed in business casual during working hours ie. Khakis and dress shirt and or sweater in winter months and same pant but tennis shirt or button down in warmer months.

I think they call that a colostomy bag, though "pocket dump" does have a catchy ring to it.

Left pocket, Kershaw folder (thanks Amos!) clipped to pocket.  Light in pocket (sometimes 2, if I'm feeling OCD) loose cash and change.

Back, wallet, comb.

Everything else I moved to the belt or jacket pockets.

Small ECD light (Sunwayman V11R/EagleTac D25C Ti. clicky) clipped in left shorts/pants' pocket, LG flip phone clipped in right pocket.  Pack of gum in left pocket, keys clipped to left belt loop, SAK SwissChamp on right side belt, Seecamp .32 in pack pocket and wallet in the other back pocket.

I'm loaded down pretty good, but I could carry a pair of spare RCR123/16340s in a snap case in my right pocket, if need be.

I have not made a change to my EDC gear in over 6 months now. This is what  I carry anytime I leave the house, except for when I go to work of course.

On me I will have my things in these places:

G-Shock watch - Left Wrist

Paracord Bracelet - Right Wrist

Memo book, Zebra Pen, Phone - Left shirt pocket

Small med kit - Right shirt pocket

Leather man juice with Fenix flashlight in carrier on belt @ 5 O'clock on belt

.38 Speedloader in pouch at 4 O'clock on belt

Fobus Paddle Holster with spare XD .45 mag and Surefire Defender flashlight at 3 o'clock on belt

Small plastic Ruger Pepper spray, weather proof lighter, and keys upper left cargo pant pocket

Spyderco Paramilitary 2 knife lower left cargo pant pocket

Smith and Wesson Borderguard Rescue knife Lower right cargo pant pocket

Ruger LCR .38 spl Upper right cargo pant pocket

Maxpedition wallet rear left pant pocket

Engagement ring on neck

Arfcom hat with sunglasses either on it or my face

XD .45 (This pic has my oc holster, but 90% it is iwb at 9 O'clock)

It actually gets easier in the winter, spring and fall when wearing either a coat or jacket as some things will just get added to jacket/coat pockets instead, but this is my set up for the times when jackets or coats are not required
