Well?

"Rio," "Hungry Like The Wolf," "View To A Kill," - like.
The rest - completely forgettable. |

The ska tribute album is pretty awesome.
The originals... meh. Bruce Campbell's Old Spice commercial should have been extended to make a full song, because that was awesome. |

Listen to "The Reflex" really loud, on a nice system with large high quality floor speakers. Dear God, there has never been anything since so cool. Same with "Rio". And the list goes on and on. I loved most if not all Duran Duran way back in the day. And they were actually some kick ass musicians. In his prime, John Taylor was a bass player that few could ever keep up with. Yes, I love me some Duran Duran. And as always, haters going to hate. (p.s. - there is plenty of bluegrass I love just as much - I just adore good music, plain and simple) |

Their recordings were very nice. |

Quoted: Hall and Oates is better. View Quote Many would argue the best pop duo (or maybe even just the best pop act, period) of ALL time. Yes, I would be challenged to list all of the awesomely beautiful sounding hits they made. Do you watch "Live from Daryl's House"? Even today, at 68, Daryl is just awesomeness, making kick ass beautiful music, still from the soul, with tons of old and new artists. |

Ordinary World is a strong offering as well. Duran Duran had many kick-ass tunes.

Alan Turing. Think about it carefully folks..... |
