In summer I ditch the cop steelies for some 07 GT wheels with Nittos but the tires are getting bad in front.
I was getting quotes of $400-$500 for 2 tires so I started shopping Craigslist for some 2010 GT500 wheels.
I have always liked these and today I finally spotted a set with 2500 miles on them 2 hours away for $1400 OBO.

I called the guy and tossed him an offer of $1000 and he accepted  
The tires retail for $190 each and these wheels are hard to find around here. I never see full sets for sale.
Lots of coin but considering the tires are like new and I can sell my GT premiums for a few bucks I think I did OK.

I put them on earlier just to see what they look like on a Crown Vic and I think they really dress up a cheap beater.
I'll take them back off tomorrow for winter but all in all I am pretty happy with my score.

I like....and I like a big ride now and then...

You should take worse pictures.  We don't want to see anything.

Long term plan is a manual swap. I have a line on a T45 trans, I also need a V6 Mustang pedal assembly to mod and someone to tune it.
