I did a google power search to see if this video has been posted and came up with nothing. Hopefully it isn't a dupe but this is the first time I ran across it (And I've watched tons of videos on here).
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5bsAMSQ13bY Backstory : Late at night, a homeowner hears their neighbor screaming. Homeowner goes outside to see what's going on and a man with a machette is chasing said neighbor around. Man grabs gun and tells the man to stop. Man with machette runs away, only to come back after homeowner. This video starts after I believe a period where the man with the machette runs off, but soon comes back. http://www.localnews8.com/news/thomas-receives-sentence-in-attempted-murder-trial/30737472 |

Looks like a good shoot. Once again, don't bring a knife to a gunfight!
Lotta good that chincy cardboard door did...man, invest in some doors. Took about 2 seconds for that door to be in 100 pieces. |

Dupe.

I was on the receiving end of this yesterday. DOOOOOP! It truly is better to give than receive!

I like how he goes back to lock the chain, only to have the guy hulk smash his door in .02 seconds and with what seemed like very little effort.
Wet cardboard probably would have been a better barrier. |

WOW! A textbook case of home defense, all on tape. You don't see that everyday. The confession on tape to the intent to murder, just, Wow man...
I would have loved to have watched the looks on the faces of the cops and the prosecutor when they watched that video for the first time. |

Once again a solid reason to not have your HD gun locked up in the safe. Glad none of the intended victims were hurt.

Cardboard door? That got kicked in quickly. View Quote From dupe thread.... That's how your interior doors perform folks. It's a thin sheet of luan attatched to a 1/2" frame around the edges. You have foam, cardboard, or fiberboard spacers inside so the door feels solid and does not flex. That's why your door costs $39 to replace. No builder wants to pay $90 and up for an interior door because homeowners don't want to pay for $3,000 extra in doors. Next, we'll discuss the pine door jamb on your exterior doors and why 13 year olds only need 1 kick to kick your door in. |

I cant wait to show this to some people who really need to see it.
By the way thank you for the dupe or I would have never seen it. Stuff moves so fast to pages 3-6 you can't possibly keep up |

In the movies when you shoot someone once they fall down dead. I've never shot anyone or been in a war, but I imagine the sounds of men bleeding out in pain would more often than not sound like that guy.

crash bang (billy badass comes through pathetic door) ......... HHHHHHNNNNNNNNNGGGGG HHHHHHHHHNNNNNNNNGGGGGGG HHHHHHHHHNNNNNNNNNGGGGGGGG im sorry i chuckled at the quick change in attitude of machete dude

Obviously a serious situation, but I found the door part to be comical. WTF kinda door is made out of wet cardboard like that? Heck if the guy just ran through the door would crumble...

Pistols suck at home defense. View Quote Meh. It didn't kill him, but it changed his attitude real quick. Why the hell was that door an internal door and not external? I thought most places had codes that you couldn't use an internal door for an external. Not just security, but fire codes too. |

that door sucked Apartment living, yo. Ive never had an apartment door that sucked that bad. I think the door to my shitter is heftier than that. My wife's college apartment had a door that bad. Easily that bad, probably worse. I got drunk as hell at my bachelor party, and I didn't want to wake her up to get back in to go to sleep. So I opened the latch and unscrewed the chain with a Swiss army knife. Took me maybe 2-3 minutes, while I was drunk as hell. Then I put the door back together and racked out on the couch. That whole building was terrible. Leaks, broken pipes, constant power outages, rusty hot water heater, so your showers were all a little brown and smelled like rust... That place was the pits. |
