Addicted to the taste of it for sure. I try to do 1-2 a day only. Even that I'll admit is probably too much. I was a better person when I had no stimulants at all.

These days 2 cups is max I can handle, Prior to my early 30s I would drink a pot of coffee and be fine!

I drink a pot every morning.
I don't think it works on me anymore. I can drink 4 cups of coffee then lay back down and go back to sleep. |

Doctors told me to cut back on coffee due to acid reflux and Barrett's esophagus.
I had surgery instead. |

If my Mom has trouble sleeping at night, she drinks a cup of coffee and is out like a light. It amazes me how every body reacts differently to the same things.
