I used to bowl in the Shrine league. Had a cheater ball and shoes and everything. Slipped two discs in my back. Gave my ball and shoes to goodwill.

Evan Williams and I have been making love tonight and the kids are going to bed.

I think I will watch Kingpin and The Big Lebowski.

I used to love bowling. My old bowling alley made the best cheeseburgers. They demolished it to build an Albertson's and a Big Lots.

I'm old. And drunk.

Wii bowl. Its fun as hell when you are drunk. Have to import the stale indoor cigarette smell though.

Did 226 with a house ball and house shoes once. Just once.

My average is around 150.

The night I did 226, I just knew when I let go of the ball, all of the pins were going to fall. I didn`t even have to turn around to watch them all go down as I was walking off of the lane to sit down.

Weird.

Never heard it called that, always been a weight block in the 2 piece balls versus the pancake type in the 3 piece balls.

If I bowl after 9 pm on a weeknight, it's $6.99 for unlimited bowling all night long. Plus, the pitchers of beer are really cheap too.

I need to go much much more often than I do. Hell, it's been a couple years since I've been as it is.

Average was up around 180, highest game was a 230something. Imagine if I actually practiced weekly instead of the odd couple times a year.

And yeah, I love that feeling when you let the ball go, and just know it's a strike. Turn around and walk all Cool Guy Slow back to the bench as the pins all fly. Hells yea!

How many of them you got? I only have 4 myself but know a guy with over 30 of them. Know another guy who had 2 in a 3 game series; not sure how many he had all together. I have had so many 279's it is not even funny.

The first time I had 11 strikes in a row, I sent the 12th ball through the nose and left a split for a 297. The entire house stopped bowling to watch me bowl the 10th frame and the pressure got to me.

I was able to redeem myself and take it off the sheet in a different house a few weeks later.

I have been lucky as every time I have had the front 10 I have finished it off for 300. Seems like a shit ton of times I will leave a damn 10pin somewhere in the middle of a game; did it over 20 times just one league season a couple years ago.
I always figured if I could get the first 10 then it is no problem to throw 2 more so I never felt/feel any pressure.
