Probably the greatest one I've heard was that there was someone high on LSD. They were wild and out of control. A cop came on the scene, and had no choice but to use lethal force. The police officer fired 6 shots with a revolver hitting the suspect all six times. The cop tried to reload, but was beat to death by the suspect before the cop could shoot again. Apparently, it was all caught on tape, and showed to all police cadets (or maybe it was all the people in a junior police academy).
I'm sure some of you have real gems to share. |

Weed is not addictive.
My friend told me this shit for years, then his wife told him to quit. He was a pretty heavy user and it was hard for him. |

Other than the death of the officer, this is not too far fetched IME.
"My cousins's sister's uncle thinks he is a tomato." Urban legend, but probably based on reality. |

My best friend in high school told me he could quit any time and crack wasn't additive. Few year later his robbed his moms house and got caught selling her shit at a pawn shop. Got out on bond the before it went to trail he got caught giving a guy a blow job in a food lion parking lot in exchange for some crack.

Weed is a gateway drug. View Quote It's not that weed makes it so you want more drugs, but once you've already crossed the line where you'll break the law to get high, it's a lot easier to take it a step further. No virgin to illegal drugs ever wakes up and says "I would like to try meth today." You don't go from zero to meth. |

Most pitbull attacks are done under the influence of illegal drugs.

The governments are endorsing pot use by legalizing it for recreational use.

Pot not a gateway drug.
Pot's not addictive. my 17 year old is currently in drug rehab, with a shit life. Proof those statements are total crap. |

As someone who lived in the rave and punk scene surrounded by LSD, MDMA and LOTS of weed (who may or may not have partaken) and then later helped detox individuals........I'm gonna sit back and enjoy the comments

When I lived in NYC, I knew many otherwise normal, well adjusted, hard working and very well paid professionals who used pot - that isn't proof using pot is going to make you successful either. |

The collective brain of Arfcom would explode if it knew how many professionals used weed. |
