I picked up a few turkeys this spring, and they are finally at a good size to harvest them.....right in time for thanksgiving!  I've never cleaned a turkey before.....but from what I've seen...some people pluck them "dry", while others dunk them in boiling water for a few seconds and then pluck them.  What's the easiest way to do it?  What's the benefit of the dry method vs. the dunk-n-pluck method?

Any tips would be great!
