Cleveland Police are having a community meeting this week regarding the shooting. Honestly, between Ferguson and the shooting this week, I'm somewhat shocked it hasn't gone tits up already.

With the use of twitter, facebook, and other social media, the timeframes for assembling these "demonstrations" is drastically reduced. The urban yutes can spontaneously pop up in random spots inciting violence and police response lags quite a bit. Matt Bracken had a good what if scenario on this. |
