Three choices here, which would you choose? 10.5 inch 5.56 upper with 6.5 inch ti suppressor. Choice is between a 12 inch keymod or two 15 inchers.

12 inch keymod

15 inch smooth

15 inch smooth/quad

Get the one that comes with oven mitts.

So do you just plan on never shooting it sans suppressor? Otherwise it's longer than it needs to be.

How much rail estate do you really need?

Of your options I'd choose the 12".

Where is the option for the upper with the appropriate length hand guard?

Of those options 12".  Personally I would go shorter

It's pinned, so it won't be coming off anytime soon. I have a 30 cal QD Ti can that I swap between my other guns. Just a deal here that is to good to be passed up.

This.

I realize the suppressor under the rail looks badass, but I just don't see a real advantage.

Of those choices, 12inch keymod so you can put a vertical grip on it to hold on to when the handguard gets too hot.

I would do Keymod. Less urge to grab the handguard farther then intended and really burn yourself.

shortest as possible, reduces weight and length. Also rails over suppressors are pointless as they get so hot you cant hold the rail there anyways.

I'd go 12, but 15 looks better of that's your thing

12.. so you don't burn the shit out of your hands.

The "SD" look only works for pistol calibers if you want to actually use it.
