i have seen alot of retarded gun products but this one is on another level man!
If these mags look like a good idea to you, they are available for purchase or you can get more information over at the company’s website HC Mags. Keep in mine the cost of one 45 round magazine with one 20 round clip from HC Mags is $43. Compare that with the reliable highly praised Ruger BX-25 magazines which go for around $25. |

I don't get it. You still need to load the rounds onto the stripper clips.

Botach has their 45 round magazine for $ 30-yeah it's botach but that seems somewhat reasonable

its not a 45 round mag it is a 25 round magazine with 20 built in bandolier on the side
and all that shaking turning shit is time wasting...

I just burned up a couple hundred rounds in my 10/22 this weekend. I never thought "Gee, it's such a pain in the ass to load these magazines". Not for me - I'd probably go for one of the magazine loaders (hot lipps?) if that were the case. If I wanted more capacity I'd probably look at one of those drum mags, although I don't know if they're worth a shit.

When does it brake? OMG. The problem is finding inexpensive .22 rounds and loading the magazine not another contraption you still need to load.

Had to file the feed lip to match the thickness of the BX25 magazines to make it work. Used to have feed problems with "standard" .22, wouldn't eject fully due to spring pressure on the bolt for the first few rounds. Hot rounds worked fine. Finally got the lips right so it works fine with thunderbolts, but have yet to try federal or other bulk pack plinkers. |

I've got a couple of these:
I like the ability to disassemble for cleaning and the screws that allow you to tune the ammo feed angle. If there ever is a mag ban it will be nice to have mags that can be repaired, unlike the sealed butler creek mags.
