I tried chocolate covered bacon about four years ago. It still makes me nauseated when I think about it.
Just because you can doesn't mean you should. |

More bacon is always better. So, I would argue that it does indeed make it taste better. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

No. Bacon doesn't make bacon taste any better. It just tastes like moar bacon. More bacon is always better. So, I would argue that it does indeed make it taste better. I anticipated this response. It's incorrect because it implies that the previous bacon was made better tasting than it would have been without more bacon. Every piece of bacon occupies the uppermost rung of the human palette's flavor potential. More bacon IS better from a utility maximization standpoint , but each piece doesn't make the previous one any worse. |

Even bacon has a tier system.

Being Jewish, I was raised on Hebrew Nationals. Not being a very religious person, I love me some bacon! That being said..the 1st time I tasted a ball park (not capitalized out of disrespect) I almost threw up. HN franks simply use a better cut of meat, with no fillers. Very few hotdogs are ok in my book. HN, Sabrett, and possibly one or 2 other brands. Add bacon to a good quality dog...heaven. So to answer m1garand__man, it's just a good hot dog as a base for bacon awesomeness. |
