Driving down the main thoroughfare in town a truck that looked identical to mine pulled out into the left lane, road is 3 lane and I was in the center lane.

We are driving side by side and there's 2 slower moving cars coming up in the right lane so I step on the gas to get ahead of him and into the left lane to pass tthem. My truck down shifted and got a little sideways and blew enough smoke to block out the headlights of the 2 cars behind us. I get in front and slow back down, 10 seconds later red and blue lights behind him. I'm thinking cop is just trying to get around him to get me but he followed the other truck into a parking lot.

Cliffs notes, smoke screen from spy hunter does work.

I can safely say you have no idea why he stopped the other truck.

The officer can always review the video to check and see what happened if it caught it.

There is a button on mine that says "review most recent video captured" and plays the video from 30 seconds before. Quite helpful.

My normal driving around tune is clean unless I step on it hard and then I roll until the turbo spools.

Max effort tune will darken the sun and cause planes to wave off final approach to airports. I use it very rarely.
