This technology isn't exactly new. I remember seeing an article in a SCCA rag in HS about them. That was over a decade ago.

I think these will get out of round pretty easily. Something you would definitely notice at higher speeds.

If they can keep the cost reasonable,they will be a hit.

There are different designs, but they are all open like the one pictured.

I have looked into tires like that for our Bobcats. They are very expensive. Fixing flats is far cheaper despite the hassle.

These have been around for 8-10 years



The are too expensive for cars. The have been mainly on heavy equipment.
