I'm trying to figure out how to download and use it on windows 8.1. When I downloaded it, it saved as a .exe.part file with no option for a regular .exe or iso file. When I click on the .exe.part file it asked how I want to open it and I'm not sure what app I have on my computer to open it, or what app I should look at downloading. I'm wanting to run on my computer with out using an online drive.

Does anyone know what I should do to run it on my computer?

The .part means that it didn't finish downloading and you only have "part" of the file.

You should run it by downloading it again and getting the full executable to run.

I tried that, three times. I'll uninstall/delete everything and try again
