Quickenloans.com gets very good reviews, but we didn't go with them. We did our refi shopping around on online lenders.

I started quicken loans a few months ago. The guy I dealt with was friendly and easy to deal with.
Unfortunately they didn't give the best rate at the time. |

Not sure if they are considered "E" loans or not, do not use Embrace home loans.
They tell you one rate for a certain time period and all of a sudden stop communicating after they have all your info and resume communications just before that "great rate" expires and then they raise the rate because "you" ran out of time. |

Use this site to find best rate.
I haven't looked for several years, but the last 2 times I refinanced I used Aim. They had the best rates I could find and were very easy to work with. |
