There are a lot of them out there, advertising like crazy. But are any of them any good?

Looking for the best rate I can get.

Thanks

Quickenloans.com gets very good reviews, but we didn't go with them. We did our refi shopping around on online lenders.

I started quicken loans a few months ago.  The guy I dealt with was friendly and easy to deal with.
Unfortunately they didn't give the best rate at the time.

Not sure if they are considered "E" loans or not, do not use Embrace home loans.
They tell you one rate for a certain time period and all of a sudden stop communicating after they have all your info and resume communications just before that "great rate" expires and then they raise the rate because "you" ran out of time.

Use this site to find best rate.

I haven't looked for several years, but the last 2 times I refinanced I used Aim.

They had the best rates I could find and were very easy to work with.
