Hi gents,

Unfortunately the old board will down for a period not known at this time. So Ed. Avila sr. contacted Goatboy to install the same mods as on the old forum.

This means that I will try to keep the same level of moderating as I did on the old board. And even that will piss some members off, dont want to but it's gonna happen.

Expect me to moderate on the same basic set of rules Edward laid down on the old board. Expect me to edit hardporn pics into links and lock/delete threads that are either wasting bandwidth, flamefests/pissing matches etc etc.

Also, the GD forum is not the only forum on this site. So eventhough the GD forum is oftopic by definition, I will try to put topics that have a specific forum for them in their respective forums. Even though I know the GD forum is considered an onestop for all forum.

Other than that, those that came here because this is the first AR15.com forum they came in contact with enjoy, those that are refuged from the old board and awaiting it's return. Enjoy just the same too, for the record I belong to the last category.

Let's keep this one liveable in the mean while, for those that made the choice to stay here and those that sought refuge here for the time being.

Thank you

Kuiper

Hi,

Project is nearing completion, have the ELCAN on it's way from ArizonaGunrunners. Received a aux rear sight from Diemaco courtesy from Keld(currently stationed in Erithrea). Already had the Diemaco sling, and an ELCAN scope cover has been ShangHai'd by my brother.

Sounds like you are getting there all right.
I went and checked out Diemaco's site, and those guys have some real trick looking state of the art stuff going on.
Which variant are you putting together?

Just the standard C7A1 flattop rifle. Or at least a semiauto clone of it.

Base gun is the Bushmaster XM15Es2 20" Hbar.
